This Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a grassy smooth, rich, buttery flavor. It is great by itself as part of your morning routine, in salads, breads, vegetables, dips, pasta, and even great for marinades or while cooking.  This Greek EVOO is not your ordinary extra virgin olive oil. This is 100% unblended, extra virgin olive oil from a private estate just south of Athens and is a single olive variety (koroneiki olive), which has a shelf life of two plus years due to our high antioxidants in our olive oil. 

The infused EVOO’s and balsamic vinegars bring to light the quality of these products as a little goes a long way. Word has it that the consumption was daily, without a meal, so different flavors would have been something they had perfected.
